Christina Kruett

Christina Kruett has over two decades of experience at Bayer, holding various leadership roles since joining the company in 2000. Currently serving as VP of Corporate Strategy for Bayer Crop Science and VP of Digital Crop Protection Strategy and Innovation Lab Lead, Christina has also held positions such as Director of Market Development Canada, Post Merger Integration Lead Canada, and Change and Culture Lead Canada. Christina’s previous roles include Manager of Business Intelligence and Global Product Manager. Educated with a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Finance from FOM, an MBA with distinction from the University of Bradford, and executive leadership training from Ivey Business School, Christina also completed leadership training at IMD and the Org Development Master Practitioner Program at Hult Ashridge Executive Education.
