Konrad Wijatkowski

Konrad Wijatkowski is an accomplished professional in the field of Total Rewards, currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards EMEA at Bayer since April 2017, where responsibilities include leading the Cluster Total Rewards Leads' community across EMEA and managing Total Rewards for Eastern Europe and Ukraine. Prior to Bayer, Konrad held various roles at Getin Noble Bank S.A., including Compensation & Benefits Director, and at Nestlé S.A., where work involved developing compensation policies and managing benefits packages. With experience dating back to 2007 at Mercer and other companies, Konrad's expertise encompasses comprehensive compensation analysis and HR reporting. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Information Management from the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology and studies at Nicolaus Copernicus University and the University of Tampere.
