Laetitia Souillart

Laetitia Souillart is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and laboratory leadership within the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Currently serving as Project Manager for External CMC Development at Bayer since July 2019, Laetitia oversees external CMC activities and cultivates relationships with a global network of suppliers. Prior roles include Laboratory Head in Process Research and Development at Bayer, where responsibilities encompassed the development and optimization of chemical processes for drug candidates, and Laboratory Head in Crop Protection Research at BASF, managing teams and leading technical projects. Laetitia's academic background includes a PhD in Organic Chemistry from EPFL and a Master's degree from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Lille, along with postdoctoral research experience at the Max Planck Institute.
