Lars Schwichtenberg

Lars Schwichtenberg possesses extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Coach for Dynamic Shared Ownership at Bayer since August 2014, contributing to the company's DSO Transformation. Prior roles at Bayer include Vice President of the Global Integrated Product Team for Heart Failure, and Vice President of Global Medical Affairs with leadership over various therapeutic areas including Cardio Renal and Heart Disease, as well as Thrombosis. Before joining Bayer, Lars Schwichtenberg held positions at Boehringer Ingelheim as a Regional Medical Advisor, and at Sanofi as a Medical Science Liaison and Brand Manager in the Cardiovascular sector. The career also includes a role as Product Manager at medac pharma. Lars Schwichtenberg holds a Doktor (Ph.D.) in Natural Sciences from Kiel University, obtained between 1993 and 2003, and has recently completed training in the Liberation of Facilitation from May to November 2023.
