Madhav Bhatta

Madhav Bhatta is a Principal Scientist and Quantitative Geneticist with extensive experience in plant breeding, physiology, and computational biology. Currently serving as a Senior Scientist at Bayer, Madhav’s research focuses on enhancing crop genetics to address global food and nutritional security. They have held past positions, including a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Research Assistant at various agricultural institutions in Nepal. Madhav earned a Master of Science in Plant Breeding and Crop Physiology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and actively contributes as an Associate Editor for both the American Society of Agronomy and Frontiers in Plant Science.
