Mikhail Rodnyanskiy is an experienced professional in the field of data management and regulatory affairs, currently serving as the Director of R&D Regulatory Data Management, Strategy & Governance at Bayer since October 2025. Prior to this role, Mikhail worked at Bristol Myers Squibb for over two decades, where positions included Director of Enterprise Information/Data Architecture and Associate Director of Master Data Management Platforms, leading teams to enhance data enablement and governance across various domains such as Drug Manufacturing and Global Supply Chain. Mikhail began the career as a Programmer/Analyst at Honeywell, developing HR applications.
