Pawel Krzysztofik is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in global marketing and business strategy across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Nutritionals at Bayer Consumer Health since 2020, Pawel also holds roles as a member of Business Angels Switzerland and a mentor and judge at MassChallenge Switzerland. Previously, Pawel spent four years at Kellogg Company as Vice President, Head of New Business & Brand Incubation, focusing on growth and innovation, and as Vice President of Marketing and Innovation for the European and EMEA Snacks Portfolio. Prior to Kellogg, Pawel had a long tenure at Procter & Gamble, where leadership roles included Managing Director for Beauty Care in the IMEA region, overseeing significant brand portfolios with full P&L responsibility.
