Ruth R. Shah

Ruth R. Shah is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Head of Co.Lab Berlin at Bayer, overseeing a startup incubator and contributing to a global network. In addition, Ruth co-leads Bayer's MERGE Business Resource Group, focusing on multigenerational diversity and DE&I initiatives.
