Shyamal Subramanyam is an experienced professional in the field of oncology and precision medicine, currently serving as the Translational Science Lead and Global Precision Medicine Strategist at Bayer since September 2022. In this role, Shyamal is responsible for developing biomarker and translational strategies for early oncology assets, particularly in targeted radiopharmaceuticals and oncogenic signaling. Prior to this, Shyamal held various research positions at prestigious institutions, including Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and Bayer Pharmaceuticals, focusing on oncology biomarker strategy and DNA repair therapies.
