Lars Peuker

Lars Peuker has a diverse work experience in the field of HR analytics and management. Lars is currently working at Bayernwerk as the Head of People Analytics & Controlling starting from October 2021. Prior to this, Lars worked at Infineon Technologies in various roles such as Head of People Analytics, Head of Workforce Analytics & Planning, Head of HR Controlling & Organization Management, Director Compensation & Benefits, Global HR Business Partner, and Human Resources Business Partner. Lars also started their career at Infineon Technologies as a Trainee and International Graduate Trainee, gaining experience in corporate recruiting, people development, and international assignments.

Lars Peuker completed their education in a sequential manner. Lars began their studies at the University of Trier, where they pursued a degree in Diplom-Psychologie, specializing in Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie. Lars completed this degree in an unspecified year but before the year 2000. Subsequently, they enrolled at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, where they obtained an Executive Master of Human Resource Management degree in the field of Betriebswirtschaft. This program took place from 2011 to 2013.
