Petra Noble currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of People Analytics, Workforce Planning, and Data Governance at U.S. Bank since July 2022. Prior to this role, Petra held positions such as Vice President - Acquisition PMO Leader at Purolite, Vice President - Enterprise Data Analytic Strategy & Engagement at Ameriprise Financial, and Vice President of Analytics and Business Intelligence at Ecolab, demonstrating extensive expertise in data analytics and business intelligence across multiple industries. Throughout a diverse career, Petra has also worked in strategic leadership roles, including at Allianz Group and the University of Minnesota, where significant contributions included the development of the National Historical Geographic Information System. Petra's educational background includes an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Minnesota, as well as certifications and degrees in GIS and other fields.
