Carrie Hart is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community outreach and volunteer services. Currently serving as the Community Outreach and Partnerships Manager at Bayhealth since June 2015, Carrie significantly increased community benefit tracking by 844% and outreach reach by 263% in FY 24. Previously, in roles such as Head of Community Outreach and Manager of Volunteer Services, Carrie led initiatives to address health disparities and managed a team of 336 volunteers. With earlier experience as the Volunteer Services Administrator II at the State Office of Volunteerism and Educational Programs Coordinator at the Biggs Museum of American Art, Carrie has successfully promoted volunteerism and coordinated community events. Carrie holds a Bachelor of Arts in American History and Women's Studies from the University of Delaware and a Master's degree in History from Washington College.
