Jonathan Judy, MBA has a range of experience in human resources and recruitment. Jonathan began their career as an HR intern at Baltimore Washington Medical Center in 2000. Jonathan then worked as a recruiter and HRIS assistant at MedStar Health - Good Samaritan Hospital, where they gained valuable experience and contributed to the positive company culture. Jonathan continued their recruitment career at Christiana Care Health System, working as part of a team of recruiters. In 2007, they joined Nanticoke Health Services as an HR analyst, where they played a role in various HR functions and initiatives. Jonathan then moved to REHABdynamix as the director of human resources, utilizing their generalist experience and knowledge in rehabilitation. Currently, they are working at Bayhealth, where they have progressed in various roles, from recruiter to senior recruiter and interim director of talent acquisition, demonstrating a high level of service and dedication to the organization. Jonathan Judy received a High School Diploma from C.Milton Wright. Jonathan then attended East Carolina University from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a BA degree in Psychology. Later, they pursued an MBA degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix from 2003 to 2006.
