Michael Cassidy

Michael Cassidy possesses extensive experience in healthcare management, highlighted by a tenure at Baylor College of Medicine from July 2000 to January 2011. As the Executive Director of Business Operations, Michael developed and executed strategic plans for organizational growth and led a team of clinic operations managers and section leaders. Prior roles included Administrator, overseeing clinical, educational, research, and business activities for a department with 26 faculty members, 25 medical residents, and 50 staff, and Manager of Clinical Operations, directing the operations of a 23 physician practice with a budget of $10 million. Michael holds a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) from Texas Woman's University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Creighton University.
