Melanie Whittamore-Mantzios

Melanie Whittamore-Mantzios is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in litigation and legal defense. Currently a Partner at Baylor Evnen Wolfe & Tannehill, LLP since January 2023, and a Partner at Wolfe, Snowden, Hurd, Luers & Ahl, LLP since September 2003, Melanie specializes in areas such as insurance defense, employment discrimination, business disputes, civil rights, and licensure disciplinary issues. Prior to these roles, Melanie served as an Assistant Attorney General at the Nebraska Department of Justice from September 1988 to August 2003, focusing on tort defense, employment discrimination defense, criminal appeals, and health licensure disciplinary actions. Melanie holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
