Paloma Arribas del Hoyo

Paloma Arribas del Hoyo is an experienced Data Protection Lawyer currently serving as the head of the Data Protection and New Technologies department at BAYLOS since February 2019. With a diverse legal background, Paloma previously worked at PONS IP in the RDI Legal Consulting Department, focusing on personal data protection compliance and developing information security policies. Additionally, Paloma has held roles at Informática El Corte Inglés, where legal consulting and data protection audits were main responsibilities, and at Abril Abogados, coordinating the Intellectual Property Department while providing legal counsel on copyright issues. Educational qualifications include a Law degree from Universidad de Valladolid, an Erasmus scholarship at Sapienza Università di Roma, and certifications in data privacy and commercial law.
