Lorna Patterson has a background in law and extensive experience in human resources and retail management. Currently, Lorna is serving as an HR Manager at Bazaar Group, where Lorna oversees employee life cycle, ER relations, and strategic responsibilities for multiple regional sites. Prior to this, Lorna worked as a Senior HR Generalist at SGK and as an L&D Advisor. With a strong foundation in commercial management and people leadership, Lorna has effectively managed large teams and driven business results in retail settings.
