Karan Patel

Karan Patel has diverse work experience in various roles. Recently, they have been employed at Bazaarvoice as an Associate Data Analyst, focusing on Sampling Services. Prior to this, Karan completed a Data Analyst Apprenticeship program at Thinkful, where they gained skills in Excel, PostgreSQL, Tableau, and Python. During this time, they worked on notable projects such as Lariat's Model, where they analyzed rental car data to develop revenue-maximizing strategies. Karan also worked as an Accountant Assistant/Data Steward at the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission, where they reviewed and computed audit data using Excel spreadsheets. Additionally, they have served as a Data Steward at Omnitrance Solutions, managing school supply requirements and creating purchase orders. Karan has also worked as a Physics Facilitator and Research Assistant at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, where they assisted with grading quizzes, analyzed synoptic variations in magnetosphere boundaries, and prepared reports on their findings. Lastly, Karan has experience as a Tutor at Eye Level Learning, providing educational support and identifying children's developmental needs.

Karan Patel pursued their education from 2013 to 2018 at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Physics.
