Karolina Poškutė has a diverse work experience with multiple companies. Karolina started their career in 2016 with an internship at Bilua, one of the largest E-commerce companies in the region, where they served as a social media manager. In 2016, they joined HCL Technologies as an IT Specialist, and in 2017, they moved to Revel Systems as a Technical Support Analyst. In 2018, Karolina joined Bazaarvoice as a Technical Support Analyst and later progressed to the role of Senior Technical Support Analyst. In 2020, they transitioned to the role of Managed Technical Services Consultant, and in 2022, they became a Team Lead in the same department. Karolina's experience spans customer support, technical services, and leadership roles.
Karolina Poškutė pursued their education in the field of Communication and Media Studies. From 2012 to 2016, they studied at VILNIUS TECH - Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree. During this time, they delved into various aspects of communication and media studies. In 2015 to 2016, they furthered their education at the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV), focusing on Audiovisual Communication. These educational experiences provided their with a strong foundation in the field of communication and media studies.
