Martin Hoppe

Martin Hoppe currently serves as the Director of Co-Manufacturing at Bazooka Candy Brands since July 2025. Previously, Martin held multiple positions at The Hershey Company from October 2017 to July 2025, including Senior Technical Assurance Manager and Business Unit Lead for Conventional Twizzlers. Martin's experience also includes a role as a Business Consultant at Newton Europe, where strategies were developed for a major UK grocery chain, and as a Manufacturing Engineer III at Honeywell, focusing on process improvement. Prior positions include Manufacturing Process Engineer at Northrop Grumman Corporation, where cost savings projects were undertaken. Martin holds a Master of Business Administration focused on Supply Chain Management from the Penn State Smeal MBA Program, a Graduate Certificate in Supply Chain Management from Penn State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Science and Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
