Ramy Khalil has a diverse work experience in the banking and retail industries. Ramy started their career as a Senior Marketing Officer at BBAC's Marketing Department from September 2006 to September 2008. Ramy then moved on to become the Head of Research at BBAC, where they conducted research studies, data analysis, and made recommendations on opportunities and business decisions. Under their leadership, BBAC opened 13 new branches and launched more than 12 standalone ATMs. Ramy also successfully planned, launched, and rolled out a new bank identity and rebranding initiative, earning the "Best Identity & Slogan" award in 2018 from the World Union of Arab Bankers. Ramy later took on the role of Head of Product Development at BBAC, where they coordinated with the Marketing Manager on setting the yearly marketing plan, generated sales and retail reports, and implemented integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns. Additionally, Ramy worked as a Stock Manager at Puma from February 2005 to September 2006.

Ramy Khalil completed their Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from College central des moines jounieh from 1997 to 2000. Later, from 2001 to 2005, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Marketing from Lebanese Canadian University - LCU. Simultaneously, they also studied at UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal, where they obtained another Bachelor's Degree in Marketing during the same time period.
