Ian Kerrigan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in creative leadership and strategic direction. Currently serving as the Employee Trust Chairman at BBL/P since October 2012, Ian oversaw the transition to 100% employee ownership in September 2024, after founding the company twelve years prior. Previously, Ian held high-level creative positions, including Executive Creative Director at Gyro and Critical Mass London, working with notable clients such as L'Oreal, Rolex, and Adidas. Ian's extensive career also includes a role as Digital Creative Director at Leo Burnett and early experiences as a Senior Digital Designer at Razorfish. Ian possesses advanced degrees in Communication Design from Central St. Martins and Graphic Information Design from the University of Westminster, along with a foundational education from Stonyhurst College.
