Zoë Elmore has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Zoë started their career as a Public Relations/Internal Communications Assistant at The Boston Globe in 2007. Zoë then worked as a Research Assistant at the House of Commons before joining American Express Publishing as an Integrated Marketing/Promotions Assistant in 2008. In 2009, Zoë became a Sales Assistant at Hachette Filipacchi Media. Zoë later transitioned to Clear Channel Media + Entertainment | iHeartRadio, where they served as a Key Account Coordinator and then Digital Sales Manager from 2010 to 2014. After that, they worked as an Agency & Programmatic Sales Manager at eBay Classifieds Group - Gumtree.com from 2014 to 2016. From 2016 to 2017, they served as a Programmatic Trading Manager at Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. Zoë then became the Director of Programmatic Partnerships at JOE Media from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Media at True and BBN - The World's B2B Agency, starting in 2019.

Zoë Elmore pursued their undergraduate education at Northeastern University from 2005 to 2009. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. In 2008, they also had the opportunity to study at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) as a Hansard Scholar, focusing on Political Science.
