Diego Blondet has a diverse work experience starting in 2010. Diego began as a Global Distribution Services Intern at Compass Group in 2010, followed by an Investment Banking Internship at Opportunity Investments. In 2011, they worked as a Citigold Intern at Citi. Diego then joined Credicorp in 2012, where they held various roles including Strategy and Corporate Development Analyst, Jr. Associate Manager, and Associate Manager. In 2018, Diego joined Rise Gardens as the Director of Marketing and Product Management, responsible for the Go-to-Market strategy and launch. After working there for four years, they became the Vp of Product at Rise Gardens, leading product design and customer experience. In 2017, they also pursued an MBA + M.S. in Design Innovation from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Currently, Diego Blondet is the Head of New Business Models at BBVA en Perú, focused on creating new technological products and commercial alliances.

Diego Blondet holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico (PE), which they completed from 2007 to 2012. Diego then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, specializing in Managing organizations and Strategy from 2017 to 2019. Alongside their MBA, they also completed an M.S. in Design Innovation with a focus on Innovation Management from Northwestern University during the same period.
