Jocy Zapata Vinces

Jocy Zapata Vinces currently serves as Manager of Employee Benefits and Manager of Employee Experience at BBVA en Perú since April 2022, focusing on planning and managing complex Talent and Culture projects while ensuring change management and achieving project objectives. Prior to this, Jocy worked at Scotiabank from August 2019 to April 2022 as a Senior Analyst in Process Design and Transformation. Experience also includes a role as a Product Assistant at Banco Pichincha, where Jocy designed an end-to-end process that enhanced credit disbursement, and as a Trainee in the 360° Banking Program at Banco Financiero del Perú. Earlier academic support was provided as an Academic Assistant at Universidad de Piura. Jocy's educational background includes a degree in Economics from Universidad de Piura, completion of a Program in Executive Talent Development, and an international program in Customer Experience Management from Pacífico Business School.
