Luis Morales

Luis Morales has extensive work experience in the banking industry, primarily with BBVA. Luis most recently served as the Head of Client Solutions at BBVA en Perú starting in March 2020. Prior to this role, they were the Director General at BBVA SEGUROS from December 2016 to March 2020. Luis also held various positions at BBVA en México, including Director de Operaciones from January 2013 to December 2016, Director de Canales Digitales from January 2008 to December 2013, and Director de Productos from January 2004 to December 2008. Luis Morales began their career at BBVA as the Director de Promoción de Negocios from January 2001 to October 2002.

Luis Morales pursued a Licenciatura in Industrial Engineering at Universidad Panamericana. Luis later went on to complete a Maestría in Business Administration and Management at Tecnológico de Monterrey.
