Andres Mendoza

Andres Mendoza is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in talent management and global markets, currently serving as the Head of Talent and Culture for Corporate and Investment Banking USA at BBVA since August 2005. In this role, Andres oversees the human resources strategy aligned with business objectives. Previous positions include Executive Director roles focused on derivatives trading, finance for global markets, and business management in Latin America, demonstrating expertise in risk management, financial reporting, and strategic analysis. Additionally, Andres has a background in finance management at Banco Santander, leading financial projects and collaborating with teams in Spain. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree from NYU Stern School of Business and a degree from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello.
