Victor Adail Ferrer

Victor Adail Ferrer is currently the Head of Lean Office at BBVA AI Factory. Prior to this, they worked as a Product Owner at Sngular from December 2010 to June 2014, where they were responsible for managing, analyzing, designing, testing and deploying Big Data, Cloud and R&D&I products. Victor also led a team of analysts and designed the platform's RESTful APIs. From May 2010 to December 2010, they worked as a Senior IT Consultant at DTS Consulting, where they participated in banking projects within the shareholders and stock department of BBVA. Victor also coordinated and negotiated with suppliers responsible for the development of the projects in which they were involved. Prior to that, they worked as an IT Consultant at Mnemo from September 2007 to May 2010.

Victor Adail Ferrer has a wide range of experience in the IT field, with a focus on DevOps and Cloud. Victor holds a Universitary Expert Degree in DevOps and Cloud from UNIR - La Universidad en Internet, and a IT Research Postgraduate degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Their undergraduate degree is in Telecommunications engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. In addition, they have various certifications from well-known organizations, such as Scrum.org, Lean Kanban Inc., and Scaled Agile, Inc.

Victor Adail Ferrer reports to Francisco Maturana Cremades, CEO. They are on a team with Jon Ander Beracoechea - Global Discipline Head Advanced Analytics, Alberto Marino - CTO, and Pedro López Soto-Yarritu - Finance & Operations Director.
