Joy Hathaway

Joy Hathaway has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Joy currently serves as the Associate Vice President of Community Impact at BBYO since September 2023. Prior to that, they worked at KABOOM! from 2011 to 2023, where they held several positions including Vice President, Programs and Vice President, Strategy Alignment and Implementation. In these roles, Joy oversaw fundraising, partnership management, community engagement, program and project management, and goal setting. Joy also managed a team and collaborated with the board of directors.
