Mim Mills

Mim Mills, CPHR, has extensive experience in human resources and employee support, currently serving as a People Programs & Workday Advisor at BC Assessment since April 2014. In this role, Mim advises on occupational health and safety programs, providing guidance on policies and collective agreements to enhance the employee experience. Previous positions include HRIS Analyst and People Services Assistant at BC Assessment, HR Coordinator at UNIT4 Business Software North America, and various roles in volunteer coordination and human resources support. Mim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from Camosun College, completed between 2009 and 2012.
