Hyunnam Ha

Hyunnam Ha serves as the Head of Customer Experience at BC Card since October 2018, previously holding the position of Head of UX. Prior to joining BC Card, Hyunnam Ha was a Group Director at SK planet, leading UX design for Syrup Wallet and OK Cashbag, and held various roles focused on UX strategy, quality management, and product design. Experience at SK Telecom from January 2004 to October 2011 involved managing UX design for mobile commerce, cloud services, and personal agent services. Hyunnam Ha holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in UX/HCI at Yonsei University.
