Min Kwon Kim

Min Kwon Kim is an accomplished leader in the banking and financial services industry, currently serving as the Head of the Cards Business Division at BC Card since May 2022. With a robust tenure at Citi from 2012 to 2022, Kim held various senior roles including Director of the Cards Product Division and the Customer Franchise Division, driving digital transformation and marketing strategies that significantly enhanced customer engagement and acquisition. Prior experience includes a Vice President role for Cards & Personal Loans in the Asia Pacific region and overseeing the Cards Portfolio & Marketing at Citibank Korea. Earlier in career, Kim was a Senior Consultant at Accenture. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Yonsei University.
