Tatiana Medvedeva

Tatiana Medvedeva is an experienced professional with a comprehensive background in human resources and organizational development. Serving as the Head of Agile Transformation and Coaching and the Head of Training & Development at maib since August 2021, Tatiana has been pivotal in driving agile methodologies within the organization. Prior experience at Moldcell from March 2008 to August 2021 includes roles such as Human Resources Expert, where responsibilities encompassed business partnering with commercial, finance, and technology departments, and HR Senior Specialist with a focus on HR business partnering and development. Earlier positions included HR Specialist, concentrating on professional development and talent management, as well as roles in quality assurance and customer relations. Tatiana holds degrees from ASEM and Academia de Studii Economice din Moldova, both completed between 2004 and 2008, and has studied at Gheorghe Asachi, Ungheni.
