Benjamin Jackson

Benjamin Jackson has worked in a variety of roles across multiple companies since 2005. Benjamin began their career as a Manufacturing Technician at Intel, followed by a Researcher role at Brigham and Women's Emergency Room. From 2007-2009, they worked as an Application Specialist at MEDITECH, and then as a Lead Implementation Consultant/Customer Success Manager at PatientKeeper from 2011-2017. In 2017, they began working at BC Platforms as Head of Customer Success Project Management, Head of Customer Success, North America, Interim General Manager, North America, and Customer Success Manager, Research Solutions, North America. Additionally, they have held a Board Member role at Elevate Youth since 2017, and a Laboratory Assistant and Independent Researcher role at Boston University since 2007.

Benjamin Jackson obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Philosophy from Boston University between 2005 and 2009. Benjamin also obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Liberal Arts, and Philosophy from Boston University College of Arts and Sciences in 2009. In 2018, they obtained two certifications, a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from the Scrum Alliance.
