Erica Santos

Erica Santos has a diverse work experience, including roles at BCB Group, Taptap Send, and Monese. Currently, they serve as the Internal Products Director at BCB Group, where they oversee the development of internal products. Prior to this, they worked as a Product Manager at BCB Group and was responsible for managing internal product development.

Before joining BCB Group, Erica worked at Taptap Send as a Program Manager. In this role, they were responsible for optimizing payment methods in European countries, reducing customer friction, and managing relationships with payment processors. Erica also played a key role in identifying gaps in their ways of working.

At Monese, Erica held various positions, including Project Management Officer and Strategic Project Manager. As a Project Management Officer, they established a Project Management Office and implemented governance and reporting structures. As a Strategic Project Manager, they managed the selection and onboarding of a card manufacturing vendor and successfully completed multiple medium to large projects.

Additionally, Erica has experience as a Junior Product Manager and AML Investigator and Card Support Coordinator at Monese.

Erica Santos holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from SOAS University of London. Erica also pursued a Master's degree in Emerging Economies and International Development from King's College London.
