Katie Neary

Katie Neary is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at BCC Software since October 2019. In this role, Katie oversees all HR functions as a department of one and collaborates with employees across the organization, contributing as a member of the Executive Leadership Team. Previous roles include HR Generalist at Rochester Rehabilitation Center and various HR-focused positions at ISAAC Heating and Air Conditioning, Rochester Optical, and The Arc of Livingston-Wyoming, where Katie managed recruitment processes and implemented effective HR strategies. Katie holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Alfred University.
