Heidi Derian

Heidi Derian is an experienced operations professional with a tenure at BCD Travel spanning over two decades, currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager since November 2021. In this role, Heidi Derian oversees call center teams, manages budgets, and ensures compliance with service levels and contractual obligations while focusing on performance optimization and process improvements.
