Joyce Himes

Joyce Himes has extensive experience in the travel industry. Joyce (US) began their career in 1995 as a Senior Consultant at Bay Area Travel and later worked as a Senior Agent/Assistant Manager at Travel Rite Inc, where they handled customer inquiries and managed official travel for the Orange County Government. In 1999, they taught geography and travel theory at Southeastern Academy. In 2000, Joyce joined BCD Travel as the Director of Operations, where they oversaw agent operations, monitored back office ticketing, and attended customer calls. Joyce (US) provided recommendations on technology and trends to optimize customer benefits. Joyce's strong operations management skills and in-depth industry knowledge make their an asset in their field.

Joyce Himes attended Vanguard High School from 1989 to 1992, where they earned their High School diploma with a focus on studying everything. In 1993, Joyce briefly enrolled in SST Travel School to pursue a degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management.
