Norman Armstrong has extensive experience in the travel industry, with a career spanning over three decades. Norman started their career in 1984 as a Front Office Receptionist at Wyndham Hotel, where they were responsible for customer satisfaction and contributed to the planning and opening of the hotel. Norman then worked at Travel House as a Travel Consultant, quickly rising from a receptionist to handle corporate travel for assigned accounts.
