Juliette Rolloy

Juliette Rolloy is an experienced professional in talent management and human resources, currently serving as the Talent & Office Operations Manager at BCG Platinion since May 2021, overseeing operations in Paris and Africa. With a strong background in HRBP roles at BCG Platinion and previously at Oliver Wyman, Juliette has focused on staffing, people development, mobility, and HR strategy across various regions. Earlier experiences include serving as an HR Generalist at Faurecia, where responsibilities encompassed managing HR functions for the IT division, and various HR roles during internships with AccorHotels and Nexans. Juliette holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from CIFFOP and a Bachelor’s degree from EMLV, complemented by an ERASMUS semester at Vilniaus University.
