Shayna Ellis

Shayna Ellis is an incoming Associate at Boston Consulting Group as of June 2024, following a role as a Summer Associate. At Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, Shayna served as an Academic Council Representative, a Summer Undergraduate Research Fellow, and a Social Impact Consulting Project Coach from September 2022 to December 2023. Experience also includes a Customer Strategy & Innovation Internship at United Airlines from May to August 2023 and extensive work at Hilltop Consultants as a Project Manager and Consultant from September 2021 to August 2023. Shayna completed a Business Development & Strategic Finance Internship at Apex Fintech Solutions from May to December 2022. Shayna is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management, Operations, and Analytics at Georgetown University, expected to graduate in 2025, after completing secondary education at Jones College Prep from September 2017 to June 2021.
