Michelle Loveless

Michelle Loveless has extensive work experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Michelle currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at BCI, a position they have held since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at the same company from July 2021 to May 2022. Michelle has also held the role of Manager of Human Resources at BCI from June 2015 to July 2021. Before joining BCI, Michelle worked as the Manager of Human Resources at GCPE-Government Communications & Public Engagement from April 2008 to June 2015. Michelle also volunteered at CPHR BC & Yukon as a Volunteer in the Vancouver Island Region from September 2007 to June 2015. Michelle's earlier experience includes working as a Strategic HR Planner-Recruitment at the Province of BC - Ministry of Education from August 2006 to April 2008, as an HR Generalist & Recruiter at Schneider Electric from May 2005 to August 2006, and as an HR Advisor at the Office of the Auditor General from January 2000 to May 2005.

Michelle Loveless has a BA in Psychology from the University of Victoria and an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources from Camosun College.
