Caitlin Noone has had a diverse range of work experiences. Caitlin began their career as a District Marketing Manager at Golds Pure Food Products in 2003. Caitlin then transitioned to working as an Administrative Assistant at Lobel Novins & Lamont, LLP from 2004 to 2006. In 2007, Caitlin joined the Business Council for International Understanding (BCIU) as a Senior Coordinator, and steadily progressed through the ranks to become the Chief Operating Officer in 2017. At BCIU, they led operations, directed organizational development, and oversaw various business units. Caitlin also played a critical role in fundraising and organizing the prestigious Dwight D. Eisenhower Global Awards Gala. Caitlin implemented process improvements that resulted in increased revenue and profits. Throughout their BCIU tenure, Caitlin traveled domestically and internationally for specialized missions and development work, ensuring a strong understanding of global trends and practices.

Caitlin Noone obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and International Business from American University.
