Rafat Rabby

Rafat Rabby is currently a Sr. Highway Design Engineer at BCL Associates Limited, working on various highway projects in Bangladesh for the Roads and Highways Department. Rafat has been involved in upgrading national highways to 4-lane and 8-lane carriageways, geometric design improvements, and the preparation of bidding documents for road projects. Prior to their current role, Rafat also worked on similar projects as a Highway Design Engineer and Assistant Engineer at other companies. Rafat Rabby's expertise lies in developing digital topographical surveys, geometric designs, and other engineering tasks related to highway projects.
