Marjolein Visser

Marjolein Visser is a seasoned user experience professional with extensive experience in UX design and research across various organizations. Currently serving as User Experience Manager at BCLC since March 2023, Marjolein previously held senior roles at Thinkific, including Senior UX Researcher and Senior Experience Designer, where significant projects involved exploring customer motivations and expanding the Communities feature-set. Prior experience includes serving as Senior UX Designer and UX Designer at Hootsuite, focusing on user retention and integration strategies. Marjolein also contributed to SAP as a Senior UX Designer, specializing in field research and usability testing for Cloud Analytics offerings, along with a background in web design at The University of British Columbia. Marjolein holds a Master of Publishing from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Calgary.
