Martin Lampman

Director, Customer Support Operations at BCLC

Martin Lampman has extensive work experience in operations management and customer support. Martin worked at BCLC from 2013 to present in roles such as Director of Customer Support Operations and Senior Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Convergys Customer Care in Laredo, Texas as Director of Operations from 2009 to 2013. Martin also worked at Convergys from 2000 to 2009 in various roles such as Director of Operations, Senior Business Manager, Operations Manager, and Team Leader. Before joining Convergys, Lampman served as an Operations Manager at Chainata Ginseng from 1988 to 2000.

Martin Lampman attended the UBC Sauder School of Business from 2017 to 2019, where they studied Business Leadership through the Executive Education program. Prior to that, they obtained a BCOM degree in Business Administration and Management from Thompson Rivers University. In addition, Martin has obtained certifications in the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme from the University of Oxford (expected in 2023) and in Prosci from the Prosci institute (obtained in 2020).
