Samantha Robinson

Samantha Robinson, CAIP, is a seasoned professional in research and insights, currently serving as the Manager of Research & Insights at BCLC since November 2023. Prior to this role, Samantha held various positions at LCBO, including Manager of Loyalty & Data Analytics and Manager of Customer Intelligence & Insights from February 2020 to September 2023. Samantha's experience also includes significant contributions at Environics Research, where roles ranged from Senior Research Associate to Senior Project Manager between September 2012 and February 2020. Academically, Samantha holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Research Analyst Program from Georgian College (2012) and a Bachelor of Social Science in Honours International Development and Globalization from the University of Ottawa (2011). Additionally, Samantha is associated with the Canadian Evaluation Society.
