Madalyn Bonds

Madalyn Bonds is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Vice President of People Operations at BCM One since May 2022. Previously, Madalyn held several roles at CoreDial, LLC, including Director of Human Resources & Culture and Human Resources Manager/Culture Advocate from April 2015 to May 2022. Earlier experience includes a position as Human Resources Generalist at PREIT, Human Resource Administrator at Valley Forge Military Academy & College, and Sales Coordinator/Special Event Supervisor at Imperial Security. Additionally, Madalyn completed an internship as an EAP Intern with Operation Red Block in 2009. Madalyn earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Communications from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania in 2010.
