Oriol Berlanga Pasanau has worked in various roles across a range of companies since 2002. From 2002 to 2005, they worked as an Operari at Proyectos, Moldes e Inyección, S.L. and Ballper, S.L. In 2005, they became a Cap d'Equip at Maperglas, S.L., where they worked until 2006. From 2006 to 2011, they worked as an Operario at Delphi Diesel Systems and as a Mecánico Industrial at TI Automotive from 2012 to 2017. In 2017, they became a Profesor de Diseño Asistido por Ordenador (CAD) at Fundación CIM. From 2015 to 2017, they were also Head of Process, Process and Quality Manager, and Director Técnico de Producción at BCN3D Technologies.

Oriol Berlanga Pasanau attended IES La Mercé from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained a CFGS in Fabricación Mecanica.
