Peter Sinke

Peter Sinke has extensive work experience in the HR software industry. Peter is currently serving as the Head of Consultancy & Support at BCS HR Software since June 2023. Previously, Peter worked at Centric as the Manager Consultancy and Support HR & Payroll from October 2018 to May 2023, where they were responsible for managing a team and restructuring work processes. Prior to that, they held various roles at ADP Nederland B.V, including Manager Implementation and Project Leader/Project Manager, where they were involved in personnel management, customer satisfaction, and project management. Peter also has experience as an HRM Professional at Vitalis WoonZorg Groep and as an Intercedent at Adecco Personeelsdiensten BV.

Peter Sinke has a diverse education history. In 1991, they began their studies at Avans University of Applied Sciences, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources. Peter completed their degree in 1996. In 2003, they attended ISBW and studied Business Administration for a duration of two years, until 2005. In 2014, Peter attended the Language Institute Regina Coeli, focusing on English language studies. Their education ventures continued in 2018 at The Lean Six Sigma Company, where they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Additionally, in March 2020, Peter acquired the Centric Security Essentials (CSE) certification from Centric institution.
